constant news broadcast dangerous hangers
The location was acceptable I could walk to the Ciudad Lineal station in about 10 minutes.
The lobby played news broadcasts in Spanish constantly I had to listen to it even during meals I did not like this I also hurt myself on dangerous hangers in the bathroom they later removed them.

mixed experience due to some inconveniences
slow check-in process extra fee
the check-in process felt quite slow i waited longer than expected. the wi-fi policy was not clear. it's advertised as available. i later learned it required an extra fee for in-room access i thought this was odd and inconvenient especially after a long travel day.

mediocre stay, some notable issues
no vending machines pathetic water pressure
the room was fine and the bed was relatively clean. i guess that's something.
The lobby used to have vending machines, those are now gone. check in was a drag. They asked for my old passport number, which, obviously, i don't remember. the water pressure in the bathroom? pathetic.

reliable option close to transport
good size modern design good breakfast
i found the room to be a good size. it was clean inside and outside (the modern design is a plus). breakfast suited us for a few days. the variety ensured we started our days well.
i noticed the absence of vending machines in the lobby, a facility i found useful in the past. check-in seemed more complicated than necessary. the process was a bit slow.

The family room was spacious enough for luggage and moving around. the bed was comfortable. the shower had good pressure and temperature controls. There were ample towels available.

breakfast included eggs, sausages, meats, and cheeses. pastries, bread, jam, juices, yogurt, and fresh fruit were also available. (i especially liked the selection of fresh fruit.)

The neighborhood felt clean and safe. finding the location was easy. metro access is convenient. It allowed quick trips to central areas without issue.

crisp bed sheets breakfast buffet
the room was super clean. the breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. it was easy to park. everything was taken care of as expected.
the area is a little scruffy with some rundown properties.
