the room was spotlessly clean. it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the receptionist was cute and efficient.
i was charged for a tea bag! i had to pay a deposit just to have a kettle in my room. they do not offer free tea or the usual things you'd see in a travelodge room.

The location was acceptable I could walk to the Ciudad Lineal station in about 10 minutes.
The lobby played news broadcasts in Spanish constantly I had to listen to it even during meals I did not like this I also hurt myself on dangerous hangers in the bathroom they later removed them.

the check-in process felt quite slow i waited longer than expected. the wi-fi policy was not clear. it's advertised as available. i later learned it required an extra fee for in-room access i thought this was odd and inconvenient especially after a long travel day.

The lobby used to have vending machines, those are now gone. check in was a drag. They asked for my old passport number, which, obviously, i don't remember. the water pressure in the bathroom? pathetic.

i found the room to be a good size. it was clean inside and outside (the modern design is a plus). breakfast suited us for a few days. the variety ensured we started our days well.
i noticed the absence of vending machines in the lobby, a facility i found useful in the past. check-in seemed more complicated than necessary. the process was a bit slow.
